Allan McLaren lives and works in West Dunbartonshire. Since the tender age of twelve Allan has been in many bands and orchestras, and has recorded with the Strathclyde Schools Symphony Orchestra.

Allan loves nothing more than being on-stage; whether singing with Ataea or acting and singing in shows such as Orpheus and Showboat (both of which he performed in Glasgow's Theatre Royal), Cabaret and Chess (both performed in Dumbarton and Helensburgh), to name but a few.

Allan enjoys singing with Ataea; and has appeared as a backing vocalist with several cabaret acts in Glasgow.
