Gerry studied music at the University of Strathclyde gaining a BA(Applied Music). Gerry enjoys teaching music in schools around West Dunbartonshire.

Gerry has been a professional guitarist for many years now, and is in constant demand as session guitarist, private tutor and adjudicator.

Gerry is a regular player in show bands in several leading venues in the West of Scotland such as the Kings Theatre, Mitchell Theatre, Eastwood Theatre, East Kilbride Theatre, etc.

Gerry thoroughly enjoys his work with Ataea, and looks forward to every gig they play together. He is a really nice guy and has an almost infinite knowledge of popular music.
